Ben is a small kid, standing at 4'3" , carrying 72 pounds. His complexion resembles that of a ginger, though he has brilliant brown eyes and dark brown hair. His hair goes right by his ears and often sits in his face, which is fairly round for his low weight. His ears stick out slightly more than average and his light skin is tainted with freckles.

overall history:
Ben isn't some emotionally broken person due to a tragic past, nor has he experienced any miracles. Until he was six, magic didn't exist as far as he was concerned. His parents hadn't really talked about it until they were forced to when his brother was invited to Hogwart's. I mean, it's sort of hard to hide magic from a young wizard. They had been doubting that the boys would end up wizards and had only started to prepare Ben once his brother had started showing signs of..not being a normal kid.

Ben loved magic. He loved it since day one. It was amazing, being able to do things that he saw in movies. He picked up on transfiguration quickly, but never got the hang of most other types of magic. He figured that he would have to pay attention when he actually started school. That wouldn't be an issue. He didn't mind studying and reading. He was a bright kid who loved to be in school so that he could talk to his friends.

The only thing he ever really had problems with was mean kids. Ben was never one to say his opinion and he was often a timid young boy. He had been made fun of a few times and it made him upset, but he didn't want to fight back. He had too much of a conscience for that. He always tried to make his parents happy, doing what he was told to do and apologizing if he disobeyed. Most of the time, if he got into trouble, it wasn't a lot because it was never his idea. He always got caught up into things because he just couldn't say no to other kids. He wasn't really pressured..it was purely out of him being nice. He even enjoyed it now and then.[/color][/font]
