I think that Neville and Fred get along swimmingly. They're both Gryffindors, and Neville knows the twins quite well because of his friendship with Ron, Harry, and Hermione. Still, Neville can be a little uneasy around Fred, especially when they're experimenting for their joke shop.

Katie loves Fred. She loves Fred the way that she loves George - which is the same way she would love a brother. I imagine that she is just very attached to the boys, as she has had so much sadness in her life (with her father dying, etc) she loves that they can make her laugh, all the time. I might have her develop a crush on George at some point, and maybe she'll confide in Fred out of confusion - or maybe Fred will be the one to point it out to her, as she's somewhat oblivious that way. Thoughts?

I think that's a great idea! Fred loves spending time with Katie and has grown close to her due to their many mutual friends. Being the guy that he is, I could see Fred being the one to point out her crush on George. Well, seeing as the age difference and the fact that Lexii is an auror/order member might not really work, but I know Fred and George join later on, so why not have Lexii and Fred run into each other sometime and see how they react to each other! =D.
