I hadn't really considered things with these two until the CoMC class thread, but I think after that it might be fair to say they can be friends. At the very least they share a few enemies and their means of hexing dealing with people that deserve it. Ginny is also helping out his sister, and that's got her on Chi's good list :]

same year, but different house. Still, I would imagine that they would be friends. If you want, they could be close, or just mildly good, or even just acquaintances! Whatever works for you. =]

Yes, friends, because they both are pretty harsh towards those they don't like, lol. Ginny's helping Tea in some of her classes and such, and I know he's very cute and protective over her, so yeah, he would be on her good list, and she would be on his good list. Friends indeed.
Ginny&Liliana
Yes same year, and Liliana seems like a very likeable person. She's probably be familiar with Liliana anyway because her boyfriend is in the same year and house as Liliana and what not. I'd say they'd be good friends.
