Reaper smirked at her, he knew all to well what kind of persona he gave off to the world. Most of the time he entered a room and people either turned to look in admiration or disgust, depending on who the room contained. He watched her for a second in silence before he spoke again, changing the subject from death eaters and the dark lord. "Why didn't we end up together Em?" He gave her a small wink as he said it, he knew exactly why they didn't...and that it had been entirely his fault.
"I mean we would have been great together don't you think?" He laughed softly at the thought of the two getting married, they were very similar and very different at the same time. Reaper would want to instill pure blood seniority in their children while Em would teach them to at least be kind to everyone. Reaper actually admired that about her, yes she was pure blood but she seemed to keep her opinions to herself...much unlike himself.

Emmelia she was relieved that he had changed the subject. She knew that she was going to have to make a decision soon on whose side to finally join. Which she no doubt knew which side that would ultimately be also. "We both know that reason, Reaper." She told him with a small smile. Although it pained her a little, she wished they could have wound up together, but it was ultimately his decision.
She looked at him smiling and said, "I know we would have been, the only problem was you. Which, I don't blame you, not wanting to settle...that's how you always have been." She wished he would settle with her though, someday. He knew that she would drop the world for him, which could potentially be an issue.
Emmelia and him were so similar yet so different. She could barely be mean to anyone, and it took her a long time to get angry. While Reaper had no problems with snapping and voicing his opinions over everyone else. It made her wonder how their children would be if they ever wound up together. He would force the pureblood ideals on them, but she would make sure they were at least curtious to others.
