She currently works at Gringott's part time to improve her English and that is where she met Bill Weasley, who she is dating. She graduated from Beaubaxton Academy but had the privilege of participating in the Triwizard tournament where she met Harry.
Fleur is extremely loyal to him and to other's of the Order. She's a blunt and independent woman, not caring if it offends anyone or how someone else might take it. She mainly does this if she is uncomfortable. She loves to look her best and is outspoken when someone else doesn't. But Fleur is a caring and warm person, you just have to be around when she shows it.
Fleur is an attractive woman with or without the Veela blood in her, though it most certainly does help. Even though she isn't a full blooded Veela, it can be quite overwhelming to someone who isn't paying attention. She sometimes uses this ability just to get a few more head turns from the opposite sex, just to get more extra attention, even though she is dating Bill. But she by no means tolerates flirting.

Ginny&FleurWell, Ginny made it well known that she didn't like Phlegm, thinking of her as snooty and arrogant. She didn't like that Bill had chosen Fleur, and would have much rather had Bill court Tonks. They're not necessarily enemies, but they're definitely not friends either. Haha.

I would say the Burrow but there's kind of mass destruction going on there right now ;D So perhaps just somewhere in the wizarding world that's not Hogwarts. Unless if you'd really like to have a thread in the Burrow. Anywhere's really fine with me, Phlegm(: |
