physical description: Kai can come off as a rather intimidating figure if you catch him staring you down from the corridor, green eyes narrowed and arms crossed over his chest. Both physically and mentally he's a very guarded person that wants to make it clear to anyone that you can't use, deceive, or harm him and those he cares about in any way. He's on the tall side for his age, but its accentuated by the way he carries himself, and the fact that he's lean and fairly well toned. His dirty blond hair is grown past a length that most adults would deem appropriate. It hangs in front of his face in a way that makes it look he's just gotten out of bed no matter what the hour of the day. When not in classes he usually wears muggle attire; typically jeans and an over-sized sweatshirt or tee shirt and leather jacket.

strengths: Loyalty : Ever since he was five Chi has been more than overprotective of his older sister, and though Tea will always be his top priority, he's come to regard many of his house-mates in a similar manner. For Tea in particular, he's willing to do absolutely anything regardless of the consequences, he's completely selfless, and he's fiercely protective of her around others.
Integrity: Chi is adamant about most all of his beliefs, and asserts them firmly against anyone he has to. He'll go against anyone that he finds immoral or wrong, including and especially bullies, Death Eaters, his parents, and Umbridge.
Defense Against the Dark Arts: Until Umbridge took over, this was the only class that Chi applied himself to. After what happened to Tea he believed that he had a personal reason to excel in the subject, and for his first two years at Hogwarts remained at the top of the class.
Bravery: Chi is lucky to say he honestly isn't scared of many little things, but the things that do unnerve him he's willing to suck up and barrel through if the reason is good enough.
Charm: There are perks to looking like a rebel; that tall dark and mysterious thing he has going on for him. He's not phenomenally social, but he does have the skills to get him around when he wants to, and he's certainly never wronged anyone (a girl especially) without them doing something to provoke it first.
weaknesses: Recklessness: When it comes to doing what Chi feels he need to, he doesn't think about - or care about -the results of his actions. Many times this results in him taking unnecessary risks or picking fights when the problem could have been solved with words.
Academics: While he's not particularly stupid, he doesn't put much effort into his school work. It's not unlike him to show up late to class, homeworkless, especially in subjects like the History of Magic which he feels teaches nothing that will help him in the real world.
Judgmental: Most of the time its because he or Tea was judged first, but he's very judgmental towards Slytherins and also he has no respect for people that he feels get everything in life handed to them on a silver platter.
Temperamental: He's not hard to provoke, especially where Tea is concerned. If you so much at talk about someone he likes behind their back, you'll have hell unleashed on you before you saw what was coming. He's typically a quiet person, but he can be very loud, and very rude if you give him a reason to be. Its common knowledge that if you laugh at Tea, he'll find a way to make the whole school laugh at you.
Rebellious: Chi's gone most of his life looking out for himself and that doesn't always make for the smartest decisions. Even when he agrees, he tends to resist all forms of rules and authority.
Thrill Addict: After watching Tea get cursed at age five, experaincing an Unforgivable himself, and then living on his own- little things dont seem to get him worked up the way they should. And so it's not completely uncommon for Chi to find creative dangers for the hell of it.

Galatia Legacy - Sister, fifth year
overall history: There wasn't anything particularly special about Kai's childhood. He was the second and last born into the Legacy family, giving him an immediate friend in his sister that was only two years older than him. The two spent most of their childhood together, seeing as their parents were often out drinking or fighting with each other. They were vaguely exposed to the magical world, but kept in the dark about their own potential powers- the things their parents could do seeming as normal to them as the constant stench of alcohol in the house.
When Kai was five, his sister Galatia began showing signs of magic, and her first incident involved her breaking something in front of their parents. In a fit of rage their parents began cursing her for her insolence. Kai, in effort to get them to stop hurting her, swung a lamp at his father, but ended up on the receiving end after only a few moments. The neighbors heard the commotion and contacted the authorities, the mess of the Ministry's arrival giving Tea and Kai enough time to run away.
Kai insisted that they had to stay hidden, because they'd be separated at an orphanage or foster care, and the two lived out on the streets for a while. Within a few weeks though they were found and sent to their father's sister. Galatea received her Hogwarts acceptance letter and despite Kai's dislike of her leaving she attended her first two years of the school before he could join her. They found out that her magical abilities were stunted due to the incident with their parents. Despite the fact that they were sentenced to life in Azkaban for using unforgivables, Kai developed an extreme hatred of his parents and desire to take revenge on them. With that impossible, he directed his negative energy at anyone else that hurt Tea in school.
Despite his mischief and disregard for most of the subjects and people at Hogwarts, he did enjoy going off to the school and he made a few good friends within his first year. Though he was most happy to be around Tea again. He acquired a love for flying and bought a broom the summer after his first year, but was kept from Quidditch due to poor grades. Now in his third year he's lost his favorite class to the old pink frog known as Umbridge, and thanks to her gotten more detentions than he has in any of the first halfs of his years former.[/color][/font]
