We all know who he is. In the older generations he's the boy who gave the entire Wizarding World a sigh of relief, while the younger generations grew up knowing his name. He's Harry Potter - the Boy Who Lived.
Some of us know who his best friends are, and whom he considers close companions. There's Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and his entire clan, Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom for sure. Some of us know who his enemies are, and we aren't just talking Death Eaters here. There's of course Draco Malfoy and Professor Snape - well, okay, so maybe we are just talking Death Eaters here...but that's a murky subject when it comes to those two.
He's not too fond of the Ministry for Magic or the Daily Prophet and he has a rather love / hate relationship going on with Hospital Wings. He's glad Madam Pomfrey's always there to fix him up, but bloody hell it would be nice to go one year without landing himself on a bed under her care.
So, how will you affect the Boy Who Lived?

Harry&&Astoria
Yeah. She's a Slytherin, and a friend of Draco's. I'm gonna have to go with enemies here. I think it'll be a lot of fun to RP them out. (:

Harry & Astoria
They'd be enemies on a purely associated level I'm sure. It'd be interesting to see how they'd behave if they met without Draco's influence about them. There may be a higher chance for civility if Harry met her before realizing her friendship to Draco, which could prove interesting.

Oh, I like where you're going with this. I don't think Tori will be as mean as Draco. She is a girl after all. She's still going to be a typical Slytherin, but I can see her being civil. (:

I think Ron and Harry should be best friends. If you would like more clarification, I'm sure I can think of something.

Astoria & Harry:
See, and I like playing Harry as a little less automatically judgmental. So it might be interesting to see how he interacts with a Slytherin unassociated to Malfoy (As far as he knows) when said Slytherin is out on their own. It would be hilarious if they ended up respecting each other despite their personal views on Malfoy - though it might add some additional reasoning behind Harry's decision to save Draco in seventh year =o
Ron & Harry:
Oh absolutely! These two are definitely going to hold on to their canon relationship as I adore them. I say we get them up to some Anti-Umbridge hijinks or something. =D

Harry&Fredfred is fairly fond of harry even though he is a couple years ahead. through ron, the twins have grown to love harry's courage and refusal to accept what is unjust. they share a hate for umbridge, and i could see them together angry when they are kicked off of the quidditch team as well as during meetings for dumbledore's army. fred is more than willing to cooperate with harry leading the group and he will fight to the end as harry will. fred enjoys picking on ron more so than picking on harry, though harry is sort of a young brother to fred and will probably receive minimal pranks and such(;

Fred & Harry
The twins have always had a very special place in my heart, so I always play a Harry who is a bit more active with the brats then we get to see canonly. There's always room for hijinks where the twins are involved, and the Umbridge era brings out the best bang for the Weasley gang in my opinion.
I'll have to start up a D.A. thread at some point, either tonight or tomorrow, which would be a good 'group thread'. I think an Anti-Umbridge meeting with Fred and Harry would be a fun side thread for the two of them though.
And fo course pranks are always welcome to be expected.

alicia & harry alicia here is a muggleborn witch and a fellow gryffindor, also a member of the house quidditch team. obviously, her muggleborn status wouldn't make her good friends with anyone in slytherin, and i figure that she and harry would be decent chums since they train together. overall, alicia is rather impressed by harry's stance over the fact that voldemort has returned to the picture, and she's more then willing to put her own reputation on the line to defend him and dumbledore. and i'm thinking she might be willing to help the twins with any pranks if it comes down to it, because merlin knows she hates that umbridge woman just like everyone else.

Alicia & Harry
As Quidditch mates and fellow Umbridge haters, I see these two getting on just fine. Her Muggleborn status won't affect Harry at all, being half-blood, Muggle raised and best mates with a Muggleborn. Not to mention the fact he finds the pure-blood mania to be a daft notion altogether. The fact Alicia will place herself on the line to defend Harry and Dumbledore against the Daily Prophet slander and Umbridge's Ministry issued lies will really make Harry fond of her. I think perhaps either a tag-along in an Anti-Umbridge thread or some sort of 'Prank the Toad' event with Fred perhaps - Alicia, Harry and the twins on a pranking mission against Umbridge would be a great lark I think.

Ginny&HarryWell, I figure these two are close companions. They end up getting in a lot of trouble this year along with Luna, Neville, etc. She's obviously in the Dumbledore's Army, and I believe that Ginny also plays Quidditch with Harry this year. I see Ginny finally being more comfortable around Harry and tucking her feelings away for him this year, though she still has feelings for him.

Harry & Ginny
A D.A. thread and a Quidditch Tryouts thread is definitely something I'm going to have to work on soon XD I can easily see them interacting in these areas for sure though. I've got a bit of a plot in the works with Astoria that may result in an interesting confrontation with Harry and Ginny, but it will be awhile before it comes to light.
Harry & Hermione
Oh yes, there will be no splitting of the Golden Trio, no no no.
This year though, I think Hermione is going to be rather impressed with Harry's work ethic. He's fully intending on bringing up his grades, but he's being weirdly sneaky about it, because he doesn't want Ron to think he's getting all about the books.
I wouldn't mind doing a thread where Hermione catches him out doing extra research for something unexpected - Potions, his worst subject - and finding out a bit about Harry's ambitions to raise his grades and get some strong O.W.L. marks in. What do you think?

hermione and harry ,hermione would probably nearly cry with joy from having seen harry try and do extra work to pull up his grades. i can see a thread revolving around that, i'd be up for it. :)
