Students are hell for me to plot with when it comes to Severus. A lot of the time this information just helps me deal with them in classes XD Severus tends to interact with students via class - detention - class - detention, so its pretty limited in what we can do. That said, Elle seems the sort of student mostly ignored unless she proved to be interested in taking Potions beyond the O.W.L. program. If this desire was expressed to him, because of her performance, he may consider offering...Snape-ish encouragement. [/i][/size] No idea how he managed it, frankly, but yes. He is lacking in idiots enemies, and who better than the rejected mutt of Azkaban Sirius 'Padfoot' Black? We could certainly use a gripe fest, maybe via intercepted Owl? Have a fun verbal battle that can be relatively safe of hexes, therefore being good little boys obeying Albus rule not to kill or seriously injure one another. (Cause you KNOW he had to make a rule to the matter XD) Ultimately though, I think it would be great if we could use Eric and Harry to our advantage find a way to resolve the differences between these two. Because frankly - good as enemies, but could you imagine the hell they could inflict if they actually acted as allies in something? Even if its only briefly, it could prove interesting I think. SEVERUS & MINERVAAh, let's see here. I believe the two would probably be frenemies? They're colleagues, and both in the Order. I think they could get along for the most part, although definitely a quidditch and House rivalry. What's your opinion on their relationship?

[/i][/size] Ah love, you've no idea how glad I am that Kimmo brought you hither. I was just chatting up about how much I enjoy the relationship I've established between Severus and Minerva. There is a House and Quidditch rivalry, to be damn sure, but there's a deep respect as well. Severus grew up with Minerva after all - she was teaching Transfiguration during the Marauder Era, so he's grown with her as an authority figure. I believe his first few years at Hogwarts were likely spent establishing a boundary - I am your colleague, NOT your student, dammit.And I think, for the most part, they both respect this boundary. I also believe that if Severus goes too far in something, Minerva won't hesitate to put him in his place like a 12 year old brat. Which could make for some fun moments I'm certain. Also, completely random, but I've had it established that Minerva was one of Severus' waltzing instructions during his teen years, and thought this could be a fun dynamic if she joined in on the dance classes being opened up by Professor Avery and a very reluctant Severus. Well, without repeating everything you just wrote, I will just say that I agree with all of it. The relationship between this is quite an interesting one. I think I may join in on those dance lessons, as I can definitely see Minerva jokingly picking on Severus for that. xD
