Luna's pretty unusual if you haven't heard yet  She doesn't have many friends due to the fact that she believes in things that most do not. Most think she's pretty strange but she won't particularly dislike you until you cross her lines of 1) Making fun of her father* 2) Making fun of the Quibbler* 3) Being unpleasant* *To her face that is See my app for more... Friends...Luna doesn't have many friends but is pretty tight with the D.A. She's rather friendly and has no problem with most people. Although, she doesn't have a whole lot of these simply because she doesn't have the most popular (or sane, to most people) ideas at the moment. Enemies...As you can see from above, quite a few people should make Luna's enemy list but, it seems as though not many people have the courage to actually say anything to her (something about crazy being contagious...?). She's not all that friendly with Slytherins though seeing as they're the majority of the group that will be rude to her face.
Loves...Luna isn't all that worried about the whole dating scene as of right now. She's rather content with simply making true friends and keeping them. |

hermione and luna ,the two are civil, not more than friends, they are friendly to each other but that's about it.

Harry & Luna
I adore threading with Luna. She is such an absolute sweetheart, and personally I think Harry is rather fond of her. Her unique and blunt way of looking at things is refreshing (if a bit awkward at times) and he can always rely on her to either ease the tension or bring him an unexpected clarity to a problem through her odd wisdoms. I'd love to do something with these two, if you're up to it!

That sounds exactly right for the two of them. They're friendly but there's still that underlying context that Hermione thinks Luna's naiive (crazy) and Luna thinks Hermione is closed minded (stupid at times).
Harry&&Luna:
(Teehee, SlytherClaws) Anyways, I believe that's spot on. Harry is one of Luna's good friends, even if he does teasingly egg on her love of her little creatures. I would love to start a thread! Where, what about, and who wants to start?

Haha yes. Slytherclaw will reign, just you watch. It's gonna happen.
I think for Harry the creatures Luna talks about reminds him of his youth, when magic was all a fairytale in the books he read while hiding out from Dudley's gang. It required imagination to believe in magic, and imagination is a powerful gift. So for him, hanging around Luna reminds him of more innocent times, but he also understands the loneliness associated to being the odd duck.
I could have Harry wandering about aimlessly, irritated about something or other (Typical Harry!) and we could have Luna bump into him and see how it goes from there if you like =3

` lilith and lunalilith was just sorted into ravenclaw recently, and is a first year. while she is looking for friends in gryffindor as well (ginny, maybe harry), i would like for her to have some friends in her own house. now, about her craziness. i believe, after an abrupt meeting, lilith will grow rather fond of luna simply because they are both 'different'. luna is a bit different in a mental way, while lilith was a social outcast because of her healed blinded eye (which is a light blue in contrast with her green one).
since there are so few ravenclaws as of now, i believe it could be a nice change from all the gryffindors. perhaps they can even become close? lilith would love to learn about all of the crazy creatures of the wizarding world. shes fairly versed in herbology, but creatures was something she never took to. the only complication is that lilith's current personality is a bit shut up because of the way her friends made fun of her, but i think after a little while she'd open up.

I think, being she is a bit on the quiet side at times herself, I could see these two being civil. She doesn't really have it in her to be mean to people, especially not those in her own house. She doesn't usually care for bullying, and can sympathize with those who are bullied a bit. Though, she wouldn't probably be close to Luna, she would probably feel her a bit odd, though with that being said, she certainly wouldn't ever say that she found her odd.

Neville and Luna get along very well, considering they're both in Dumbledore's Army. Also, they both have it rough with other students. Neville is often picked on because he's a very fearful person. Since Luna and Neville are very kind, they both have a good friendship.

That sounds positively dandy! I believe the two will be able to relate quite well in the aspect of being outcasts. Also, Luna loves to tell anybody about her creatures that will listen! She's also quite content with silence. She doesn't need to speak and interact in order to form a friendship. I could see Lilith becoming something of a little sister to Luna since she never had any siblings.

Great! Luna doesn't mind quiet people. It could be similar to Hermione and Luna, friendly, but not exactly having slumber parties in the common room XD

YES! These two are very good friends and Luna adores Neville and considers him to be one of her best mates.
