Cassie huffed and blew her hair out of her face as she walked down the stairs, coming out of the girl's dorms and into the Slytherin common room. She scanned the room with her blue eyes, sighing with a shrug when she saw that no one was anywhere in sight. Oh well. She was just fine with sitting in silence for a moment or two. The other day, she'd seen something of the most disgusting of natures, and she still couldn't get over it. She scrunched up her nose slightly as she sat down in one of the seats, remembering what had happened the other day with Astoria Greengrass and the Weasley kids, along with the random kid who was also from Gryffindor, but she didn't know his name.
She'd been walking down the Gryffindor corridor, which, unfortunately, was the way she had to go in order to meet up with... oh, hell, what was his name? Jack? Jerry? Jake? Whatever, she couldn't remember... but then again they hadn't really done much talking, so she figured she wasn't really inclined to remember. Anyway. Before she'd had to pass by the Gryffindor common room, Greengrass had bumped into her like the damn clutz she was, and the two had talked for a bit. If you could've really called it talking. Then she'd bumped into the Gryffindors (this time not literally) and Greengrass had followed her over and... well, things hadn't really gone so well after that. Cassie had been extremely close to getting in a fight with the youngest Weasley, Ginevera, and she knew she would've been expelled, if that had happened, because she wouldn't have used any of the pathetic little spells Hogwarts taught.
She would've used the dark spells she'd been taught at her last school, and she was positive that it would've either ended in Ginny Weasley being dead, or critically injured. And that wouldn't have made her father very happy, since she was supposed to finish school there, and not get expelled, and do as she was told and whatever. Although, it would have honestly given her quite a bit of pleasure seeing that bitch squirm in pain on the floor. She chuckled softly at the thought, taking a small strand of her bangs and curling it around her finger, then parted that lock of hair into three sections and started braiding it. Though... she probably could've gotten away with seriously injuring Weasley, had it not been for Potter, who decided to prance over and be the hero yet again.
All he did really was annoy Cassie, which lead to her just walking away. Which... was probaby a smart thing to do on her part, seeing as she had been surrounded by Gryffindors and a Slytherin Traitor, so, whatever. The brunette looked up then when she heard the common room door open, and a girl step through the entrance. She grinned when she saw who it was, and leapt to her feet to greet her friend. "Pans!" She walked over and threw her arms around her in a hug, then pulled back with a lopsided grin on her lips, taking in her friend's emotions on her face in order to try and read her, "Where've you been, missy?"
