dumbledore steps onto the podium of the room. everything becomes silent. he starts off his usual speech. "welcome all, old and new. we are thrilled to be starting our classes again, and are excited to be joined by our first year students as well. i'm sure you will all have a very enjoyable and educational experience here at hogwarts." he pauses for a second, and then continues. "i'm assuming you all are aware of the rising tension in the wizarding world. that a certain wizard is back. this certain, dark wizard once walked these halls, and was just like every one of you. bright, curious, willing to do whatever it took to become a successful and powerful wizard. but here, he went by the name of tom riddle. you all know him as something else." one of the professors cleared his or her throat, indicating that maybe he was going a little too far. dumbledore decides to finish off what he was saying. "so this year, it has been decided to throw a beginning of the year dance, to release some of that tension. this is a first time event, so we would like all of you to set a good example, so perhaps we can do it other years as well." or however long voldemort is a threat. "the dance is starting promptly at eight this nightfall, and shall end at eleven. whether you go or not shall be your choice. but remember, have fun." he gives the kids a wink before sitting back in his seat. it was about seven fifteen now, just a half and a quarter minutes until the dance began.
DANCE RULES 1.You shall not post any of that after dance sexual crap >.>. No one wants to read that, and most likely none of that would have happened anyway.
2. Please post at least two good paragraphs. We have to keep this going.
3. Make it interesting. Have your character play tricks or pull pranks. Make as much drama as you want.
4. Try to make this as not confusing as possible. I understand a lot of people are going to be posting in here, just try your best.
5. If you have a character that would have gone to the dance with another character that we currently do not have, feel free to god mod him/her, or have someone else god mod him/her for you.
6. Have fun!

Nymphadora was dressing. It was about seven fifteen acording to the clock so that means she had about forty-five minutes until the dance that Dumbledore had plan would start. She wasn't exactly expecting to be a chaperone when she came to Hogwarts. In all honesty she had hoped to be in and out but she really didn't mind. She couldn't say no to the Headmaster. So she smiled and said yes. It wasn't a bad idea after all, especially with the tension going on in the Wizard world she agreed that the kids didn't need to be starting their new years on a bad note. They deserved to be making good memories and having fun for she feared that perhaps there wouldn't always be the opportunities in the coming years. Not with Voldemorts forces growing.
She shook her head. Enough about that. She didn't need to be thinking about that at the dance. She should at least atempt to relax and enjoy herself. Nymphadora wasn't one to exactly dress up. She chose a casual outfit in her opinion. Her mother had bought her the dress, she liked it because of the blue. Blue was one of her favorite colors. She chose some blue boots anda black coat to wear. It was simple. Her hair was down in its purple color tonight. She wasn't exactly dressing to impress after all. She was just a chaperone. There was nothing to it she thought, or at least hope but who knows. Checking her clock again is was getting closer to eight. "Well, now or never." She then made her way to the Great Hall.

a dance? really? at hogwarts? for a moment alicia had to seriously debate the idea of dumbledore losing his marbles like the prophet said, but in that same moment she shook her head and set off to get ready. oh no, no way was she going to let herself get roped into that madness of thought. there was no reason to deny the things said by either harry or dumbledore, both people that she trusted with her life if ever it came down to it. but a dance? the idea of twirling around on the floor of the great hall so soon after the heartbreak she had experienced during the yule ball was not exactly something she was anxious to repeat. she'd spent most of the night alone, a wallflower who spent more time watching then actually partaking in the dancing itself. but how could she say no? there was this little girlie part of alicia who loved to dress up and go to these things in the hopes of catching someone's eye, but there was never any such magic that floated her way. she was always alone. regardless, it took only a half hour for alicia to find an outfit that she deemed suitable for the night, having done her hair and makeup in a ridiculously short time. and yet, even when she had finished, the feeling of worry had not yet left her stomach. again there was the fear of being ignored in favour of the girls who looked so much better then she did, the ones who didn't spend their spare time on the quidditch pitch flying around in the rain and snow just for the thrill of playing the game. and if that happened again tonight, then alicia was sure that she would never again show her face at a social function that required dresses. what was the point in wearing something this ridiculous if you were always alone? a soft sigh passed through her lips as she looked toward the door, then back at the mirror again. "alright, let's do this," she murmured. and without another thought she made her way out of the gryffindor dorm room and down the stone steps that lead to the commom room. finding it to be surprisingly empty, she breathed a soft sigh of relief. now it was time for the biggest step of all. wandering into the great hall. and as she stepped out of the porthole and into the corridor that would lead her down to the dance, the soft click of her heels against the marble did nothing to help steady her nerves. if anything, it only made it worse until at last she was standing just outside the great hall, hidden from view around the corner. it was now or never....

Post by ANGELINA JOHNSON on Jul 25, 2011 9:15:05 GMT -5
dances had never been angelina's thing. you had to pick out a nice outfit and get all pretty. even more terrifying was trying to find someone to go with. everyone's nightmare. plus she wasn't the best dancer. she seemed to be a little bit of a klutz when it came to that sort of thing. dancing in heels would hardly have very good results. plus with the long dresses, like the one angelina was currently wearing, tripping over yourself would be common. it was a bit of a surprise to angelina, having this dance early in the year. but she supposed it was a good stress reliever as she figured they would needed. a good time with friends to just goof off and have fun. it was a great way to start off the year, even if it was a dance. and unlike last year, the dance was open to everyone or every year. she wondered how the great hall would be set up this year. last year, at the yule ball, it had looked like a ice palace wonderland. the great hall had never looked that beautiful.
now angelina wasn't the 'girlie' type. she hardly wore any make up or fancy dresses unless it was a special occasion. the dance had been one of those special occasions. no matter how she wasn't a fan of all this she wasn't going to boycott the dance or refuse to wear a dress and go in jeans or something. besides, the dress she picked was actually really nice. the dress had belong to her mother when she was angelina's age. her mother had sent it to her last year for the yule ball. but angelina had already picked out a dress that she thought would be more appropriate for the theme of the night. as she examined herself in the mirror, she was now absolutely sure this dress would have been a bit too bright for the ice wonderland that was the yule ball. the dress wasn't an obnoxiosly bright red but wasn't very dark either. she was wearing heels that matched the color. it was a halter dress with, to angelina's horror and excitment, was a little more low cut in the middle than she had expected. her dark hair was pulled up and in curls. she wore some light eye and lip make up, nothing that would make her look like a clown. she twirled once before glancing at the clock in her dorm. she was running late a bit. she pulled up her dress before making her way out of the dorm and than outside of the gryffindor common room.
while walking down to the great hall, angelina spotted her fellow gryffindor and one of her best friends, alicia spinnet. alicia was a few feet in front of her, also making her way toward the great hall. angelina picked up her pace, her one hand gripping the edge of her dress to keep it slightly up so she couldn't trip on it. her heels making loud lick sounds as she sort of ran, it was really difficult in her current outfit, toward her friend, "alic-" she began to call out but tripped on her heels, losing her center of balance. she nearly fell over but caught herself. angelina felt her face grow hot as some people stared at her. there was no doubt that her face was red as her dress. she noticed some people were snickering. she sent those people a quick glare before continuing toward the great hall, only now she not running or speed walking to be correct. she made her way over to her friend who was hiding, for whatever reason, outside the great hall, "hey!" she said loudly, coming up next to her friend and her smile grew, "wow. you look great!" she added as she looked over her friend.

Ah, a ball, the most pathetic excuse for a tension reliever that had ever been attempted. It really was preposterous how everyone believed that it would bring joy to the students during a ridiculously bad time. People were returning to Hogwart's only to find out that it had been nearly taken over by the madwoman of which he did not to speak the name of aloud.
At least some good came out of the ball.. it was the perfect opportunity to watch everyone make fools of themselves. So many people flipped out over the whole concept of going to a formal event with a student of the opposite gender. Fred entered the Great Hall with a semi-formal dress suit and a tie that represented his House colors. Where is he?! he thought to himself anxiously. Fred has zero patience, especially when it involved being separated from his other half. He stood nonchalantly near the entrance with his hands behind his back until George walked in, not too much later.
Fred grabbed his twin by the arm and pulled him over to one of the four buffet tables at each corner of the massive room. Before speaking a word to his brother, the red-headed boy's eyes caught Angelina Johnson. Wow, she could clean up nicely. She wasn't one to enjoy something as dimwitted as a ball, so seeing her there having clearly put effort into her appearance was a pleasant surprise. Snapping himself out of the slight distraction, he glanced over to see Alicia standing with her. He offered the two friends a friendly smile and nod before returning his attention to George.
Well, have you got it with you? Show me now, before too many people show up, he said eagerly. He had been wondering what it was that his twin was going to show him all day. They had talked about it slightly, but neither of the two had been sure that they could brew it up. It was some sort of potion that they had planned to prank Ron, and a few other unlucky victims, with. Fred's eyes circled the room to be sure that they weren't in the focus of any professors. He'd be pretty peeved if whatever it was got confiscated.. especially by Snape, who would undoubtedly find out what was in it. It had to be good, for George never disappointed.

against the grain
Ginny listened intently as was the rest of her House, as Dumbledore spoke of Voldemort, and...what was this...a dance?! Why didn't he give a warning? Ginny hadn't had a thing to wear, and she was sure other girls didn't either. She thought of these things as she chewed her food slowly, unlike her monsters of brothers eating it like it was their last meal. It was revolting; Ginny put down her fork and sat there the rest of the time just making small talk with Neville, Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Seamus. Ginny didn't like dances. Maybe she shouldn't go, but then again Michael was probably expecting her to go with him. They had started going out the end of last year, not a very serious relationship, considering they were thirteen, and they were still going out. As if on cue, Michael came over, made an embarrassing scene of getting down on one knee and asking her to the dance. Ginny blushed red as her hair, said yes, and shooed him away. At about a little past seven, she walked up to the common room and BAM, came up with an idea. Ginny got Ron's owl, hopefully it was a little bit more intelligent that the family owl, and wrote a letter to be placed on its foot. The family owl could barely make it anywhere nowadays, and quite commonly flew right into walls and other objects. It was amusing but depressing all the same. The poor thing would probably die soon. She picked up her parchment, a quill, and some ink, and sat on the floor in her neat cursive handwriting. Dear Mum, There is a dance at school, and I have nothing to wear. I was wondering if you could send me a dress from back home. I'm sending Ron's owl, and you could send him back with the dress. Please? With love, Ginny. She wasn't even sure if she had a dress that fit anymore at home. Hopefully her mother would come up with something and get it to the school in time. She sent the owl off, crossing her fingers. Time for getting ready was growing more and more scarce. Most of the girls were already in their dresses, chatting away about how much fun the dance was going to be. Even several guys were in dress shirts and ties discussing their plans for the evening (mostly about snogging girls). Ginny hoped Michael wasn't talking about such things with his friends in the Ravenclaw common room. Lavender and Parvati came up to her and asked her if she was going. Ginny shrugged and they left her be. She must of looked as if she wasn't going now, because she was curled up on the red couch with a blank look on her face, tapping her wand into random beats. Girls were whispering her name. Did she break up with Michael? Did Michael break up with her? Surely out of all the girls here, she would have a date. But I've heard that she only has eyes for Harry Potter! Better not tell Michael that! She heard them all snickering, and was about to go over to the lot and tell them off, but was too weary mentally to do such a thing. All of a sudden, green flames came leaping from the fireplace, making Ginny's first reaction to jump off the couch and away from the fireplace. Everyone else in the room froze, some even had wands drawn, but Ginny immediately calmed when she heard a familiar coughing noise. Oh dear you think there would be a safer way to do this by now. Out of the green and smoke came, the one, the only, Molly Weasley. Everyone was staring back and forth at her and Ginny, and Ginny was yet again, embarrassed. Oh, well hello Ginny darling! I'm not too late, am I?" she said, examining the rest of the room in their fancy outfits. She planted a kiss on Ginny's cheek and then gave her a bag. Here's a dress honey. It's not new or anything, but I'm sure it'll do. Ginny mumbled something that sounded like a thanks. Why couldn't she have just owled it back to her?! Probably just so she could embarrass her. Got to go back home sweetie! Hope you're having fun at Hogwarts! Bye! She poofed like she had appeared. Everyone giggled or snickered as soon as she left. "Oh, shut it." Ginny said as she climbed to her room to see what her mother had brought her. All she wanted was for it to be a normal dress. Just a normal one. She pulled it out and examined it. It was beautiful, thank goodness. The dress was gorgeous, and she couldn't help wondering where her mother got it, and how she could have afforded it. Ginny slipped it on. It was a little big in the bust area, but overall fit like a glove. It looked good against her complexion, and didn't clash too much with her hair. Ten points for mother. She was running out of time quick. She riffled through the bag and found a pair of silver shoes, and thank goodness the heels weren't too high. She slipped those on. Jewelry...there was a silver necklace in the bag as well, so she clipped that on. She put a pearl bracelet (fake, of course) on her wrist. Now her hair.... She made two little braids on the sides of her head, brought then together, and clipped them on the back. Her outfit was complete. She walked down to the great hall, giving compliments and receiving compliments on the way. Ginny felt awkward in her dress, but then again, she couldn't wait to see her brothers dressed up too. Now that would be hilarious. She walked into the hall, where music was already blaring, and took a seat among one of the many tables. She waited for Michael and her friends to arrive. Astoria sat in front of the mirror and smiled to herself. She was getting ready for the start of term ball and she wanted to look amazing for tonight. She wasn’t sure why, but she was hoping Harry would be in awe of her tonight. She shook that thought out of her head to remind herself to stick with the plan. No falling for the enemy. That would be a bad thing. She put one final curl in her hair and then pinned it up before putting her dress on. She made on final spin in front of the mirror and decided to make her way to the Great Hall. Slipping on her red heels, she made her way down the stairs. She was a clumsy person, so she had to watch every step she took in order not to fall.
As she made her way to the Great Hall, she started to get nervous. She knew this ball was not going to end will, given only a select few people knew about the plan. Her housemates were not going to be happy and she would probably be ridiculed until the plan finally succeeded. She was really hoping that wouldn’t take long. She shook her head out of those thoughts and realized she had spaced so much she had walked past the Great Hall and was now on the second floor. Looking around, and then laughing to herself, she turned around and made her way back to the Great Hall. When she reached the top of the final set of stairs, she took a deep breath, then decided to wait for Harry. It would make this so much easier.

Nymphadora was making her way to the Great Hall. She was flatten out her dress every few steps. She hadn't worn this dress in a while. She normally didn't wear these styles of dresses except for special occasions. She did wear a dress everyone now and then but she would normally pick something a little more casual or sporty not formal. She'll be happy when this dance was over. Then she would be able to get out of this dress and back in her regular clothes. As long as she wasn't having to move everywhere then she would be a happy Auror.
As she walked into the Great Hall she had to admit that it was beautifully decorated, even if it was only a start of term dance. She was looking around at the students who were already gathering inside. There was some beautiful dresses being worn and some of the guys clean up very well. How the girls could wear those kinds of heals she'd never know? She preferred either flats or boots. They were easier to move in. Looking around her eyes fell on a few of the Weasleys. Ginny looked beautiful in her dress. The twins didn't look half bad. She would be lying if she wasn't worried about them. Those two were troublesome. It would not surprise her if they had something up their sleave to, in their words, make the dance exciting. She did hope that they would behave. It would definitely make her job and night easier that was for sure but with them you can never be sure except that they're always planning something. That was for she, she thought with a smile as she walked slowly around the Great Hall.

George had been excited all day. It was finally the day of the ball and he and Fred could finally pull of some pranks. Picking up the vial and smirking to himself, he stuffed it in his dress robe pocket. It had taken him days to get the potion right, and the people he tested it on were starting to get annoyed. That was one of the fun parts though. He hadn’t even told his twin about this one. He checked the dorms and common room, but it seemed that Fred had gone a bit ahead of him. Rolling his eyes at his twin, he too made his way to the Great Hall.
When he walked in, he was instantly spotted by Fred. He shook his head as his brother approached him, almost begging him to tell him what his plan was. ”Are you sure you can handle this most genius idea?” He then smirked. Of course his brother could handle it. It was made to torture their younger brother and maybe some of his friends. Possibly their favorite professor as well. Smirking to himself, he caught sight of Angelina and Alicia. They looked gorgeous. Definitely different from their Quidditch and school uniforms. Catching their attention, he wiggled his eyebrows and winked, smiling while he did this. His attention then turned back to Fred and a smirk returned to his face. ”Okay. This vial of brilliance will be perfect for the dance, because it changes hair color. While your hair is a different color, your mood changes to match. So, red would be anger, blue would be sad, and so on and so forth. To add to it, you don’t stop talking until all the moods have happened.” He loved this idea, and hoped Fred would too. A few minutes before Meleny was sitting at the Gryffindor table with her housemates and listening to Dumbledore's announcement. Apparently there was to be a start of term dance after dinner. Meleny thought it was a good way to keep their minds off their stress but the dance was a stress in and of itself. Since the announcement was rather abrupt and Meleny was unattached at the moment, she didn't have a date and then she would look like a pathetic loser. As soon as Dumbledore finished his speech and Meleny finished her dinner she left the Gryffindor table to go get ready. Now she was looking at herself in a mirror set up in her dormitory wearing her dress. She hoped it wasn't too casual for a dance like this. She never dressed for a social event before so she didn't know what was or wasn't appropriate to wear. Meleny had just finished making her hair look nice and was now putting on blue heeled shoes. She didn't like wearing heels much and wished the heels weren't that high or she could wear flats. I guess that's good enough she thought as she looked at herself in the mirror one more time. She left her dormitory and walked out of the common room. As she made her way to the great hall, Meleny really hoped she hadn't underdressed. She was already wearing eye makeup because she was trying to hide a black eye and she put on light makeup. She didn't wear makeup very often. Sometimes her twin sister Jezebel wore a lot of makeup but not excessive amounts to make her look dark, forboding and mysterious. Meleny walked into the great hall and saw one the Gryffindors sitting at one of the tables. She immediately recognized her as Ginny Weasley because of her red hair and she saw her play Quidditch before every time she watched her house play. "Hey Ginny." she greeted.

Post by HANNAH ABBOTT on Jul 26, 2011 20:31:59 GMT -5
With the start of the term came Headmaster Dumbledore's regular welcome speech to the whole castle. With Voldemort's return, Hannah could tell that there was already tension within Hogwarts about it. While she believed Harry that Voldemort returned again, there seemed to be other students in the castle that didn't believe it at all. Or rather, they chose not to believe it, which would be an entirely different phenomena. At any rate, she was not looking to try to change the mind of anyone at the castle.
This year, Headmaster Dumbledore announced Voldemort's return, which Hannah simply frowned at the mention. While she already believed it, it was still a rather unfortunate circumstance to deal with. But, the headmaster didn't stop there. Oh no. He then went on to announce a start of the term dance. While she loved an excuse to dress up, and for that matter an opportunity to socialize, it was a rather strange thing to even consider now. It was expected that some students would be on edge about Voldemort's return. But, a dance seemed like such a strange way to relieve tension. Since she was not the one making the decision on what was happening, she decided not to question that decision.
After the dinner ended that night, Hannah headed off to the Hufflepuff Common Room. It didn't take her that long to pick out the dress that she wanted to wear that night. She was rather fond of dresses, and managed to accumulate a lot in her wardrobe. Sure, she had other clothing as well, but she found dresses to be rather comfortable. Besides, it never hurt to try to look nice at the castle anyway, especially so early in the year. It was always a benefit to try to start the school year off on the right foot, especially now that it was time for her OWL exams.
Hannah stood in front of a mirror in her dorm room, already in her turquoise dress. She had already painted both her fingernails and her toenails with turquoise nail polish. Even her earrings matched her dress as well. She slid a silver charm bracelet over her arm as well. She had even taken the time to set her hair in an elegant hair style, which she accomplished by using a little magic to speed up the process. After slipping her feet into a pair of black heeled sandals, she smiled at her image. Yes, she was ready to go.
Walking out of the Hufflepuff Common Room, Hannah walked up the short distance to the Great Hall. Walking into the vast hall, she looked around the room. Spotting Meleny, she walked over to where Meleny was. "Hi Meleny, you look good," she greeted her friend with a compliment and a smile to match.

Harry had found a rather perverse irony in Professor Dumbledore's announcement of the ball, and it had taken a great amount of self control not to choke on it publicly. The Ministry was doing all in its power to make the Headmaster look unhinged, in order to better keep the truth of Voldemort's return hidden, and Dumbledore happily caters to the idea that he might not be all there by speaking of said Dark Lord's return and suggesting a ball while on the crusp of war to relieve the tension. It was so ludicrous, Harry wondered what else was really behind the plan. Knowing Dumbledore, there probably was more to it.
The fact that everyone was given no more than fourty-five minutes to prepare was even more ridiculous. Rising to his feet amid the other Gryffindors, Harry made his way back to the common room thoughtfully. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about the timing of this ball and the shortness of its announcement, but eventually he had to forget all philosophical meanderings in favor of finding a decent outfit to wear to an impromptu ball.
Dress robes were out - he couldn't stand putting those one without thinking of the Yule Ball, which lead to thoughts of the Tournament, which lead to thoughts of -- Oh hey, he'd remembered to pack that hat.
Gratefully distracting himself from his own thought process, Harry plucked the hat out from his trunk that had derailed the potentially depressing thought train. It was a classy, pin-striped fedora Harry had picked up in Diagon Alley on a whim, bemused by a semi-modern cap in a shop selling things so out-dated it left the Gryffindor wondering if even Merlin had worn such things.
Setting the hat on the bed, Harry began to gather an ensemble to match it. He knew, dimly, that richer sorts like Malfoy had their hats made to match the outfit rather than this way about it, but Harry figured he was more the 'one-hat' sort of bloke and this would simply have to do. By the time he had pulled it together and dressed himself up, Harry found himself a bit surprised by the outcome. Taking a few looks in the mirror, the boy had to confess to himself he looked rather slick.
Smirking and hoping to catch up to Ron, who'd left rather quickly after deciding to just wear his usual clothes. Taking a secret stairwell on the fourth floor, Harry made it to the first in record time and was heading in to the Great Hall when he took note of Astoria standing by the staircases looking up. Realizing the Slytherin girl was probably waiting for him, Harry stepped up beside her and smiled warmly in greeting. "Hey there," Harry opened, teasingly dipping his hat at her before laughing at himself and holding out his arm. "Care to join me?" He offered, a part of him recalling that amusing moment he'd had when he'd called out to Astoria that he would meet her here the night of the ball.
Perhaps it wasn't very Gryffindor of him, but Harry rather liked the idea of messing with people's heads a bit. Showing up with a Slytherin might be well enough a distraction to keep him from thinking anything about Umbridge or the Tournament.

Astoria was unprepared for this. She knew the whole thing was a fake, but most others didn’t. They would still judge her. She sighed and looked around at the people entering the Great Hall. Some of them look hideous, and she wondered how they got dates. Their dresses were obnoxious! Of course, everyone did have very little time to get ready. One of Dumbledore’s wonderful ideas. When will that man learn that Gryffindors and Slytherins were not going to get along. Unless you count her and Harry, which was really only one-sided. And she called him Harry again. She really needed to get a hold of herself. Well, calling him Harry in her head would prevent her mind over powering her mouth and her accidentally saying Potter in conversation, so maybe it was a good think her brain had adapted to Harry.
As if on cue, she saw Harry walking up to her and smiled. It was then she took notice of his hat and she giggled a little. ”Hey you. Where in Merlin’s name did you get that hat?” She asked as she took his arm and grinned at him asking if she cared to join him. It was a. Bloody hell, what were those hats called? Her and Daphne had seen them in a magazine somewhere, but she couldn’t re-. Ah. Fedoras. That’s what they were. She’d always wanted to wear one, just to see how she’d look in one. She would probably look hideous. Hats weren’t really her thing. She waited for Harry to explain his hat and to walk them in. Her feet wouldn’t move on their own. [/blockquote]

I’m not even sure why I’m getting ready. It’s not like I’m going to be there long anyway. Daphne grumbled to herself as she was getting ready for the ball. She wouldn’t admit it but she was actually looking forward to it. She let her hair fall in simple curls around her shoulders; her strapless white gown only seemed to make her pale skin glow. She dabbed some red color on her lips and gazed at herself in the vanity for a moment longer. I guess it’s only right the Ice Queen should dress in white. She smirked at the thought of her known persona. She was as ready as she was going to be so she slipped on her heels and made her way to the great hall. The ticking of her heels on the stone floors was the only sound for a few moments, but as she neared the hall music and chatter began to fill the empty corridors. Daphne took a deep breath before getting any closer, crowds always made her uncomfortable. Daphne couldn’t help but notice the state of dress her peers were in, granted they weren’t given much notice, but some of the outfits were quite……..interesting. “Okay, time to do this.” She whispered to herself trying to get some self-motivation, and finally stepped into the great hall. The first people her eyes seemed to fall on were her own house mates, Pansy and her group. Even though they were supposed to be her “friends” she didn’t feel much like socializing with them this evening. “Well now what….” She sighed… Then a thought crossed her mind. Where her sister had disappeared to?
