Rodolphus hadn't been out much since his escape from Azkaban This was largely due to the fact that he was well known convicted death eater and he didn't want to people to know he had escaped. Today however, was different because he need to go out shopping in Knockturn Alley, for he was in dire need of some potion ingredients used for making poisons. Rodolphus put on his best suit and walked of his house into the cold brisk fall morning. Once outside he disapparated with a loud pop that he was sure people could hear, a few minutes later he was in Knockturn alley.
The dark dingy place felt like a second home to the Murderous Death eater. He put his close to his wand for when someone decided they wanted to attack him. It wasn't that he didn't know most of the patrons who frequented the dark alley. It was because being a death eater taught him to not trust anyone even if they are your closest ally, for you never know when they might turn you into the authorities to save their own hide. As Rodolphus walked down the not so busy street he kept looking for the apothecary, but he also couldn't help shake the feeling someone was behind him. He shook of the feeling as just being too paranoid .
When he couldn't take it any longer he unsheathed his wand and turned around on the spot. "WHO FOLLOWING ME?" he bellowed, pointing his wand towards the spot where he felt he was being followed from. What he didn't expect to see when he turned around was another wand pointed right at his chest, this made his heart race a mile a minute. Who was this person, had he been cornered and was about to be carted off to Azkaban. All these and many more thoughts raced through his head as he stood wand to wand with the unknown follower.

Emmelia Jenelle Jammison was severely conflicted. Her heart was torn out of her chest and she felt like she was more lost than ever. Reaper was back into her life and she didn't know what to do. Her mind was pulling her toward the safety of the ground beneath her feet, while her heart was pulling her more and more towards the Dark Lord himself. There had to be some way to give her an extra push, but she had no idea what it would be.
One thing that really worried her was that she has not heard from her siblings in quite some time. She even talked to her parents about it and they said they were off on some given mission from the Lord himself. Yet, most missions and assignments given by the Dark Lord were either completed or failed within days. It had been weeks since she's heard from them...something happened. She knew deep down it did, and whoever did it would pay if she found out they were dead or injured.
Emmelia needed to clear her head, needed some advice, she needed something. She had on an all black mini dress and a pair of black heels to match. Her cloak was pulled over her as she apparated to Diagon Alley, and snuck into the depths of Knockturn Alley. The pathways never scared her, it felt more home to her than Diagon Alley did. She was so used to being around the Dark Arts, and she knew how to take care of herself.
She was walking minding her own business when she came face to face with a wand, whipping hers out within a split second she had it at the man's chest. Her hood was up over her face so he couldn't see who she was, but once she got a good look of him she knew exactly who was before her. Rodolphus Lestrange, one of the Dark Lord's renowned Death Eaters. She had met him a couple of times since her parents were Death Eaters as well.
Lowering her wand she pulled down her hood and whispered, "Don't you think it is a little dangerous for someone of your stature to be out and about?" She didn't want to see him going back to Azkaban. She cared for all the Death Eaters, they were almost like family to her, she knew them all since she was little. Seeing Bellatrix and Rodolphus carted off was awful...she had missed seeing them around.

Rodolphus' heart pounded a quickly inside his chest, who was this hooded figure, from whom he was being held at wand point and why hadn't the aurors arrived to cart him off to Azkaban. Those were the current thoughts going through his head when he realized the person had not attacked him yet. Rodolphus could easily kill this person, but he was mortified that it might be one of his own kind and that the dark lord would punish him for the murder of a fellow death eater.
He felt a sigh of relief leave his chest when the figure lowered their wand. However he still kept his raised for when he still needed to make a quick getaway. What he didn't expect next sent his head into spin. There before him stood the daughter of two of dark lord's followers, The Jammisons. Rodolphus didn't have much of an opinion about the two death eaters, for he was too far up in the ranks to associate with those of lower status. His only interaction with the two of them was to bark orders at them However, Rodolphus stood there looking at their daughter.
Rodolphus thought long and hard about What he had heard Emmelia was doing since the last time he saw her. Then suddenly a terrible thought hit him. Emmelia now worked for the ministry, Rodolphus was never good at remembering which department Emmelia worked in. Why hadn't Emmelia summoned the aurors. Did her loyalties lie with the death eaters. "It's a risk I needed to take. Why haven't you alerted the authorities, you have me Cornered." Rodolphus barked. An evil sneer a came across his face as he thought of stunning her and running away and coming back another day to do his shopping.
Rodolphus didn't want to do it because part of him had grown to like the young woman, but he wasn't wiling to go back to that hell hole for her. "What brings a ministry member to this dark and evil place. Is it because you have decided to join the ranks of the dark lord?" Rodolphus asked with some genuine curiosity.

The Jammison's were low ranked as being Death Eaters. Rodolphus and Bella were the top dogs, barking orders at them left and right, as well as the Malfoy's. Regardless though her parents got respect when it was needed. That was the one thing about being a Death Eater, a known one at that, respect was evident.
Working for the Ministry was almost a cake walk. They never asked about the Dark Lord because Fudge was so oblivious. Her loyalties were never asked about. She could have been a full out Death Eater and they would have known nothing about it. She knew Lucius worked for the Department of Mysteries. She saw him every once in a while.
"I have no intention of calling the authorities on you, Mister Lestrange." Emmelia told him. It was growing more and more evident to her where her loyalties fell. She was in denial all along about it because if she did join she didn't think she could bring harm to anyone. But now that she thought about it, perhaps it wasn't so bad.
"I have been considering it, yes, but I am also not afraid of coming down here. Being raised by Death Eaters has a little advantage at that." She responded to his question. She wasn't scared of coming down here, she was brought down here at quite a young age and experienced it. Everytime she had to buy school supplies for Hogwarts she went down here. She wasn't scared of it, she wasn't looking for trouble, and she found someone who could possibly push her into the direction she needed.
"I know you mainly bark orders at my parents and siblings, but have you noticed anything strange about my parents lately?" She was referring to the disappearance of her siblings. It made her worried.

Rodolphus lowered his wand butkept it out of it holster, this was in case any unexpected company was to join them. Rodolphus looked at the young ministry worker. Her question of family's whereabouts didn't surprise him many people assumed that since he just barked orders at their family memebers he would know of their locations. What was Rodolphus a babysitter for all the lower ranking nitwits who joined the dark lords ranks and didn't have the sense to stay out of trouble. " I am not the babysitter for your family. If you want to know so badly why don't you join the ranks and have the dark lord send you on the same mission." Rodolphus barked. An evil thought crossed his mind, if Emmelia joined the ranks she wouldn't survive and he would be rid of one more brat asking him where there parents were.
He looked at Emmelia, she seemed really concerned for her siblings. The truth was that he hadn't seen hide nor hair of them since the dark lord sent them on a mission to recruit members and the dark creatures. "I haven't seen them for weeks they probably got killed or disappeared. Face it Emmelia your family isn't low ranking for nothing. Their dueling isn't the greatest." Rodolphus said with an unsympathetic tone of voice.
Rodolphus continued to walking not caring if the young ministry worker followed him. "Follow me if you like, but realize at some point in the day i am returning to my master." he commented nonchalantly. He really didn't care if she followed , it was up to the young to decide if she was jojn their ranks. If she did their relationship would change from random acquaintance to him barking orders at her all the time, Sometimes even cursing her for failure and disobedience. Rodolphus looked forward to the day that he could torture newcomers. It seemed for the moment however that the dark lord wanted them to lay in wait while he devised some plan involving the ministry.
Rodolphus had no idea what this plan entailed except for the fact it had something to do with the Potter brat. It had become clear that the dark lord no longer cared about wizarding purity, his entire focus was on the potter kid. Oh how he hated potter for that. He was keeping Bella and Rodolphus from completing the task thst they had originally joined for.

Emmelia knew he was probably anxious about her calling for the Aurors to hall his ass back. Little did they all know what her real plans were anymore. "I realize you are not their babysitter. My apologies for making you feel that way. You are much more respectable than that."
[/b] That was one thing about her, she respected those with authority. The Lestrange's and the Malfoy's got the upmost respect from her, her family may feel otherwise, but she knew differently. "You're right their dueling is quite poor. I was just hoping perhaps you sent them to do something. I'm sorry for asking." Her family was low for a reason, but no one had really seen Emmelia wield her wand before. She was quick and knew all the right spells to use, not many peopel messed with her at Hogwarts for a reason. Then again none of the Death Eaters knew of her capabilities, and especially with her being a Dragonologist now...she could bring a lot to the Dark Lord. Emmelia debated on following him, she wasn't quite sure what she would say to him. Something made her do it though. "May I ask what exactly you are looking for, Mister Lestrange?" She asked him walking in step beside him, her hood down. She could care less if anyone from the Ministry spotted her. If they did they would wish that they didn't, she wasn't about to let them take Rodolphus back to Azkaban. Although she knew he could handle his own quite well. Harry Potter. Well, that was something in common with all the Death Eaters now a days. They all hated him and frankly Emmelia didn't seem to like the brat either. So high and mighty, thinking that he could take on the Dark Lord...he was in for a bloody surprise.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

If there was one thing Rodolphus hated it was people apologizing to him for making foolish mistakes. He didn't that they felt bad for whatever they said because if they pissed him off enough he would just dispose of them with the flick of wand. There was no need for sentimental apologizes especially with a war on the rise. "I regret to inform you, in case you didn't already know. I just escaped Azkaban a month ago. I have not had time to bark orders at your family. This happens to be my first time out in open since my escape." Rodolphus snorted with a sneer. He continued to walk down the dark and dangerous streets of knockturn alley. He could feel the Emmelia was still following him. He didn't care because at least now he knew who his follower was.
Thanks for your kind words on my respectable status but they aren't needed i know i am highly respectable. I am one the dark lord most loyal folowers unlike that pompus git, Lucius. I went to Azkaban for my lord, he lied to protect himself. " Rodolphus said with an angry sneer as he thought about Lucius and all the other supposed death eaters. Those fools had no right to call themselves death eaters. They didn't face the same tortures and go through the same hell he and Bella went through for their cause.
"As to the matter of what i am in search of i am unsure i should tell a ministry worker. I just don't trust you, I may not of killed you when you told me you weren't go to send me back, But i didn't believe you. I still think you are just trailing me to find out secrets of the dark lord. I hate to tell you this but you would die first but I let any secrets slip." Rodolphus said telling the blunt and honest truth. " I don't even know what department you work for, You could be lying and are an auror." he continued.
He laughed at the thought of a daughter of two low ranking death eaters becoming an auror. The idea was ridiculous but it wouldn't be too far fetched for the Jammisons. Afterall the only one of their children not to join the dark lord was Emmelia, She went and worked for the ministry. Rodolphus would never let his children, not that he wanted any, join the ministry or the aurors., He would disown them and seek to kill them himself. As soon as the children would be old enough Rodolhus would have them initiated into the dark lord's ranks.

There was no need for the unnecessary rudeness. That was one thing that Emmelia never understood, why people felt to be so cruel and rude to others who were attempting to be polite and nice. "So, I've heard." Oh, Azkaban. The dreaded prison to many Death Eaters and other wizards who have disregarded the Ministry's authority. Like she honestly cared about the Ministry's rules in the first place, but he didn't have to flaunt it. She knew all about him and Bellatrix being in Azkaban, who didn't unless they lived under a rock.
"Just because I'm not declared a Death Eater doesn't mean I don't support the Dark Lord. I am fully aware of what goes on, and if I really was a serious Ministry official I could have carted you back from the moment I saw you." She told him, she knew all about the Dark Lord and what most of the Death Eaters were up to. Sure, she wasn't a Death Eater as of yet, but she fully supported the Dark Lord and his ideals. "I'm a Dragonologist, Research and Restraint Bureau. If I was an Auror why would I still be talking to you?"
It was annoying her, she was not a part of the bloody ministry and didn't follow any of Fudges laws or regulations. She thought he needed to be destroyed, he was awful, and someone from the Dark Lord's side needed to be put into power at the Ministry.

"Fair enough." Rodolphus snapped back putting his wand back in it's holster this time. He didn't care if joined or not, all he cared about was not being carted back to that hell hole. Rodolphus smiled when he heard Emmelia was dragonologist. This meant she knew how to defend herself and probably duel better than pathetic sibilings. Not once did Rodolphus apologize for his rudeness, it's just not in his nature to do such trivial things. The two people he has ever apologized to was Bella and the dark lord.
"Well, to anser your earlier question as to what i am in need of. The answer simply put is I need potion ingredients to make poisons." Rodolphus replied. He loved tinkering around in potions and spells. He had many favorite hobbies most of which were involved something dark and sinister. "True if you were an auror you would of attacked by now and you would of failed." Rodolphus sneered giving a dark and sinister chuckle.
He looked curiously at the ministry worker. "Besides not being scared of this place. What brings a ministry worker to my favorite hiding spot? It can't because you were looking for trouble because if you were you certainly found it." Rodolphus asked letting some of the normal harsh tones leave his voice.
This would of been an interesting sight for anyone to see. an escaped death eater and Ministry worker walk close together without attacking each other. Rodolphus knew that the daughter of two death eaters wouldn't attack him, Despite being low in the dark lords pole the jammisons knew to show him respect and it appeared that Emmelia was the same. She never once told him to stop being rude. She never questioned on what the dark lord was doing. She just stuck to the trivial stuff. He smiled which woudl normally frighten others. "SO, on a more personal question Why didn't you follow in your family's footstep and join your place among the noble death eaters. We would love to have skilled Dragonologist such as yourself" He asked. He figured if Bella saw him talking to such a beautiful young lady she would get terribly Jealous. This could work to his advantage because he tried dueling bella and show her the fun times the had when they were first dating.

Emmelia relaxed ever so slightly upon noticing Rodolphus put away his wand. She knew that if they ever got into a duel, she could put up a descent fight but never stand a chance against him. Rodolphus was much more advance than she was and she knew it. She had heard about his fascination with poisons, she was actually quite curious on how he were to make some. Needless to say potions was not her greatest passion. "Your right I most likely would have." She smiled lightly at his last comment.
"I'm procrastinating doing some paperwork on the Chinese Dragons I studied. You could say I was pretty much looking for trouble." She smirked lightly. Diagon Alley just didn't cut it for her, she loved the feel of the dark and sinister portion...Knockturn Alley was definitely one of her favorite go to places to procrastinate.
Emmelia knew the Dark Lord was the appropriate side to be on. She just had to get over her nerves about killing someone. Yes, she loved her position at the Ministry, but she also joined for a different reason. What power the Dark Lord would have on his side if he had the world's most dangerous dragons to do his bidding. "It wasn't the right time for me to join right away, I wouldn't have been able to deal with myself bringing harm to someone else a couple years ago, but now it's different. Plus, now I can bring the Dark Lord a couple of dragons on his side as well." She knew how to keep them tame. It was perfect.

Rodolphus nodded at least this girl was smart because she knew she lacked the dueling experience Rodolphus had. Most other witches and wizards were cocky thinking they could take him on after having only survived one duel. Rodolphus often showed them the errors of their arrogance. Only after someone had survived as many battles as He and Bella had then would they earn respect from him, This was a rarity in itself. The only person to gain his highest respect was the dark lord because for fifteen years he was believed to be dead then one day is ressurected. This was a feat of incredible power that earned Rodolphus' respect. "Yeah torture and killing have to come easily to you, if you stand any hope of surviving the noble ranks of the death eaters" He snorted. He knew this from personal experience because one of his first missions for the dark one was to kill a mudblood.
Rodolphus listened carefully as she mentioned that she was in this dark alley procrastinating. he didn't like the idea of putting things off to him to showed lack of willingness to do the job. He knew that should Emmelia ever join that she would stop procrastinating because the dark lord was not a patient man and didn't tolerate procrastination. He knew this from the way he punished the death eaters who didn't go searching for him during his absence. Rodolphus would of looked high and low if it wasn't for the fact he had landed in jail.
Rodolphus' attention then changed from Emmelia joining the death eaters to the subject of dragons. He knew these creatures were dangerous and fickle. He had never know a dragonologist alive who could control them with out them turning on them. "They would make wonderful additions to our ranks if they would only attack one side and not take us out at the same time. I have never known anyone who has yet to accomplish such a task. " Rodolphus said with a sneer reverting back to his old rude ways. He liked and admired dragons but didn't really trust them fighting along with him.

There was something about the eldest Jammison daughter that brought a sense of ease among others. She was nice to practically anyone that she met, but very rarely has anyone seen her rash side before. Needless to say it came upon one of her classmates that were talking trash about her brother. That was one thing that would always set her off, talking shit about her twin. He was the closest thing to her and they shared a special bond, and once that boy crossed the line she was cursing him like there was no tomorrow. She received three weeks worth of detentions for it, but she didn't care. Could she muster up the courage to actually kill and torture somebody? It was in her blood to do so, and her family was doing an awful shitty job at keeping up the Jammison name. "Someone has to restore my family's name. They are all doing a bloody awful job."
Emmelia could remember her mother failing the Dark Lord, and it wasn't a mere task either. It was someone top notch that she was sent to spy on. The idiot got caught. How the hell she couldn't keep a low profile was beyond Emmelia's knowledge. It really wasn't that hard and she screwed it all up. Leaving her father with shame, her mother tortured for a little while, and the Dark Lord pissed off beyond belief. It was a pity really, Emmelia was wasting so much time not joining the ranks of the Death Eaters when she had so much potential.
A sinister smirk fell upon her lips, it made her look almost wicked. The girl had such soft facial tones that she rarely looked like she was devious, this look was beyond that though. "The thing is you have to have someone that knows how they tick. Knows all the right buttons to push. Once you have a person that can actually tame them...well, it would be interesting wouldn't it." Her smirk was still plastered on her face. Oh, how her mind was working right now, how much power she could bring into the Dark Lord's hands. It was ingenious.
