Reaper was completely shocked that Emmelia had something to talk to him about, let alone the fact that she'd actually agreed to meet him in knockturn alley. As he walked into the darkened street his thoughts raced over everything he'd ever known about the woman, from the days when he'd tortured her by taking her dolls to the way her hair fell into her face as she studied in the common room.
His mind flashed over all the memories and finally landed on the way she had looked at him in the tea shop just the day before. He smirked to himself, secretly he'd enjoyed every moment of her presence...he hadn't actually realized how much he'd missed her until now.
He slipped into a small dark and fairly unknown pub at the middle of the street and quickly found a seat in a booth at the back. The less crowed the place they met was probably better as Emmelia was still a ministry worker. As much as he didn't agree with the ministry Reaper wasn't about getting the woman he....cared about fired from a position she clearly loved.

Everything was crashing down in Emmelia's world right now. Just a couple of days ago she went to see her siblings at their house, hoping that they were there. Since she had not heard from them in a while it made her worried and she had to see for herself if everything was alright. Turned out they were murdered, all three of them. Her twin brother was the first one she spotted at the top of the stairs, then her younger siblings in their bedrooms. Ever since then it seemed like the world was gray. She lost three members of her family, one being very close to her. She had sent her parents an owl since they were out on business for the Dark Lord, and they should be receiving it any day now.
Emmelia had to talk to someone about the ordeal, and the first person that came to her mind was Reaper. He had come into her life again and she wasn't about to let him go anymore. They went through so much together, grew up together. There were so many memories with him, and she needed to talk to him. A small smile fell on her face as she remembered their meeting the other day...she missed him so much.
Walking along Knockturn Alley in a dark green dress that cut off just at her thighs, and her steel gray heels clicked along the cobblestone. She went without her cloak, she wasn't afraid of what was down here, and if anyone from the Ministry asked why she was there, it was for business. Entering a small practically deserted pub she looked around. Her long blonde hair fell loose about her shoulders in curls, and she tucked the loose strands behind her ear, at last her blue eyes fell upon Reaper.
Walking over to him in the booth in the back she could feel the sting of the tears behind her eyes. She needed him more than ever right now. Sitting down across from him she smiled lightly, but it quickly faded and she shook her head. "Eli, Nate, and Keiah are no longer with us..." She whispered looking down at her hands on the table. She was trying to hold back the tears, but looking up at him a couple fell as she added, "You are the only person that has ever been there for me, that I can talk to..."

Reaper's heart skipped a beat as Emmelia walked into the pub, a smile immediately forming on his face as she walked over and sat down. He couldn't even fathom why he'd let a chance with her slip away years ago as he watched her now, she was incredibly gorgeous, confident...and on the verge of tears. Reaper's heart skipped a beat again as his eyes locked on hers, this time it wasn't a good feeling that sank into the pit of his stomach.
"What?" He gulped, trying to swallow the large lump that seemed to have formed in his throat at the sound of her words. Reaper had never been fairly close with her two younger siblings, but her twin brother Eli had been one of his best mates at Hogwarts. They'd lost touch after the dance incident and it was one of the main reasons, besides Emmelia herself that made Reaper regret that night. And now Eli as well as her other two siblings was dead? There was no chance of every regaining the man's friendship...
Reaper shook his head as if the small gesture would make everything go away. He looked over at her, his eyes tracing her beautiful face as tears began to fall down it. "Who did it?" Anger began to surge through him at the loss of a friend, as well as the thought that someone had hurt her.

After her run in with Rodolphus Lestrange in Knockturn Alley she had decided to do some investigating on her own. He was right, many in her family were not the greatest duelers but that didn't mean she was useless either. Throughout Hogwarts she was a renowned duelist, it was almost like second nature to her to defend herself against an impending attack. If she was there perhaps they could have apparated out safely. If she had joined the ranks a long time ago, perhaps the outcome could have been different.
"I ran into Rodolphus the other day and I thought perhaps he gave them orders or something and that's why I haven't heard from them. After he told me he wasn't their babysitter and said they were probably dead somewhere i went to their house." Emmelia began to tell him trying to keep calm. "Reaper, it was awful..." She choked and shook her head. Remembering the look on her sisters face from where she found her.
She grew angry that she didn't know who it was that did it, but when she found out she would kill them. "I don't know who it was, probably someone from the Order, but when I find out." She stopped for a second before adding, "They're going to wish they were dead." That was the thing about Emmelia, when she was pissed off she got really ugly. She seemed to be this sweet innocent witch that knew nothing, when in reality she was completely opposite.
"If I had joined sooner...maybe none of this would have happened. I feel like it's all my fault." She whispered and looked at him. She wanted comfort and venting to him only cut it to a certain extent. When she was upset back in Hogwarts she would always come to him, and by him just holding her hand it made her feel better. She wished things could have ended up differently between them. She still does.

Reaper nodded at the part about her siblings being given orders, more than likely Rodoluphus was right. However another part of him wondered if her siblings had abandonded her for a short time. If Reaper still knew....had known....Eli as well as he did at Hogwarts, it wouldn't suprise him to know that he'd had lack of contact with his sister in order to drive her choice between good and evil. He watched her silently, making sure not to mention this factor, he didn't know if it was true after all.
Reaper shook his head, "If you had joined sooner they still could have died...joining would have only made you a target as well love" He reached across the table as he said it and took her hand gently. "However, the anger you have now..should be enough to make your choice, am I right?" He was pushing her into it in a way, moving her fingers over the back of her hand gently as he watched her, waiting for her answer. "I'll help you kill them love, I can promise you that." He gave her a small weak smile.

Feeling his hand upon hers she squeezed it lightly. It was good to know that he was there to help her. She needed it more than ever. Her anger was boiling over the fact that whoever killed her family off was still roaming around out there, and she wanted to make them pay for what they did. She looked down at their hands linked together for a second before looking up at him once more.
"My choice has been made." She told him with a small smirk. She almost couldn't wait to get a hold of the people responsible. She could care less about her first couple of assignments, she was going to make sure that she found them. It was time that she brought the Jammison name back up the ranks of the Death Eaters. Oh, how little did they all know about her...about how ruthless she could be if she wanted to.
"You can help if you wish, I just need the help finding them."
[/b] She was more than ready. Smiling lightly at him she whistled at the bartender to grab them a couple of drinks. She was done mourning over her siblings, it was time for her to take action.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Reaper smirked desipite the serious circumstances, he knew in the past one of the reasons he had pulled away from his friendship with her and anything more because of her lack of a decision to follow the dark lord. He smiled now at the thought, then shook his head. "I'm sorry...it's just, you won't regret this."
He nodded at the comment that she just needed help finding them, he honestly hoped he'd have a hand in bringing and end to those who had hurt his friend. He sighed as he felt the soft skin of her hand in his. "I'll help you find them, but I can't guarantee I won't step in and help you kill them." He said it with an evil smile, it was one of the things he loved most about being a death eater...doing as he please and disposing of those who needn't be a part of the wizarding world. It was also something that she didn't know had changed in him, since their last meeting years ago Reaper had taken on several jobs as a hired hit man...disposing of wizards that were no longer needed in the world.

Emmelia knew that her choice made him happy with her. It would make his grandmother and her parents proud as well. Now for her to just get rid of her Ministry position would be their next request of her, along with getting married. "I know I won't." She smiled lightly. She knew she was meant to be with the Death Eaters, knew it was the right side, all it took was a little push for her to kill like the too.
Emmelia wondered if Reaper knew she could handle her own. She may not look like she could, but she was definitely capable. "As long as your promise to save one for me, I guess I could let you join in on the fun." Emmelia smirked jokingly, of course she could let him have a couple. She was going to torture them, make them beg for death, and she wasn't going to stop. Emmelia had a heart, she had feelings, and she also had a sight for revenge. She wasn't pure evil but she definitely knew how to be it when it came time.
She was calm now, completely collected, and her eye was on the prize. She couldn't wait to kill them, the fire was burning in her veins for it. Emmelia felt complete with Reaper at her side with this one, she loved having him as back up. They could be unstoppable the both of them together, quite a match they really were. She knew part of the reason why he drew back on their friendship, and stopping them from progressing anymore, was because she couldn't decide to join the Dark Lord or not. Maybe, things could move forward now.
