i feel a seperation coming on. 'CAUSE I KNOW YOU WANNA BE MOVING ON. Minerva is the Deputy Headmistress and Head of Gryffindor House.
and i wish that it would snow tonight. YOU'D PULL ME IN, AVOID A FIGHT. Minerva is a friendly person, once you get to know her. To her students she is strict, but there is a select few of them whom she would consider friends. Once you have gained the status of one of Minerva's close friend, she will be immensely loyal to you.
- Albus Dumbledore -- colleague, employer, best friend
- Gabriel Perry -- colleague, good friend
- Hermione Granger -- student, friend
- Harry Potter -- student, friend
- Ginny Weasley -- student, friend, family friend
- Rubeus Hagrid -- colleague, friend
- Aurora Sinista -- colleague, friend
cause i feel, A SEPERATION COMING ON. There are definitely many people that Minerva dislikes. If you find yourself here, it would be pretty hard for McGonagall to change her mind about you.
don't surrender, surrender, surrender. PLEASE REMEMBER, REMEBER DECEMBER. credit goes to COREY'S eyes } of CAUTION 2.0. do not steal unless you want to die, mkay?

Well, I can't see Lavender being a student that McGonagall would consider a friend, but I can't see her hating Lavender either. I think it would be more like McGonagall is disappointed in Miss. Brown. Because she's so silly and flighty, and her appearance is everything. There are certainly classes she could be doing better in, like HoM and Astronomy, but she doesn't apply herself because she thinks it's silly because her friends aren't into it [HoM], or because she's single-mindedly focused on Divination [Astronomy]. McGonagall might try to chat with Lavender every so often, because she's a high maintenance student, and during these meetings she might attempt to convince Lavender to work harder, and remind her that eventually beauty fades. It would fall on mostly deaf ears, but I think every so often they could have a tiny break through. Enough of one that it might convince McGonagall to keep trying, and start to convince Lavender that she actually has something to offer the world.
Basically, she needs a strong, female role model to look up to, and since she has the most contact with the amazing Minerva McGonagall, I really think she should be that role model. <3
