Ginny! I think Ginny would so be able to break through the shyness, though it's mainly because she can't do anything with magic. If Ginny can help with that somehow, Tea will pretty much love her for life. :D Also, Tea's signing up for the DA and stuff, so things'll happen in there too, yeah? I don't really have any real plot ideas, though... other than maybe hanging out on the grounds during a free period or something. I'm lame, I know. Currently at the library with the computers being really stupid.

Awesome, shy breakingness! Ginny'll help her with anything magic except for Potions and Herbology -shivers-. Ginny can stick around with her in DA meetings and help her with her patronus and stuff like that too! Yay we should thread about something. Maybe they can meet and yadadadada.

Well Potions and Herbology you don't have to worry about, seeing as how she's actually rather good in those subjects. It's really just DADA, Charms and Transfiguration that she has a problem with, mainly because those are the three classes that you do the whole practical magic thing in. But yeah, breaking through the shyness is gonna be fun, though I don't exactly know how they're going to meet. If they were brewing something in Snape's Potions class, then she could help Ginny with something if she's struggling, then Snape comes over and is generally Snapeish and Tea stands up to him and gets away with it, being one of the better Potions students and then they talk later and get to know each other and things happen! :D I asked Mete and she said it was cool, what do you think?

So I think we're gonna need to do somethin', eh sis? Or get someone else into something with us- I really don't know. Obviously there's about a trillion options, and I'm not gonna list them all, but if you have anything fun in mind you know where to bug me. Per usual, I just wanted to post here. So, I can't really see these two getting along. I think the first time Galatea exploded something of Lavender's in the dormitory, she was on Lav's crap list for life. Lav's an only child, so she's never really had to deal with anything getting broken at home. Plus, Pav's not going to destroy anything, and Hermione is so respectful she wouldn't either... I feel like Lavender would probably just put Galatea in an annoying and destructive little sister category, even though Tea's actually almost a full year older than Lav.
They probably wouldn't talk much. Maybe every so often Tea blows something up, by accident, and Lavender gets upset, which doesn't help the situation. Later she'd probably apologize, but it would be very condescending and carry a tone of, "See how nice I'm being? You broke my favourite brush and I'm apologizing to you. I know you can't help it!" And then she'd go badmouth Tea to Parvati because she's so frustrated with the whole situation, but not mature enough to actually be of any support or help.

Hermione would probably try and help Galatea through her magical mishaps, and help her into being a very bright young witch. Hermione is a bit more confident than Galatea, so Hermione would probably have no problem bringing her out of her protective guard. :)

Something needs to happen, yes. Maybe there can be a ChiTea/Lav thread later, once Chi gets wind of the brush being broken and Lav's rather explosive reaction. I have a feeling that'd be rather interesting, to say the very least. Chi needs someone to harass every now and then, doesn't he?

Something needs to happen like this, otherwise things will get complacent and Chi won't have anyone to harass Tea won't be able to hide behind the shy persona she's been sporting lately. If things like this didn't happen, then the progress that she'll be making with the tutoring I've got the approval from Psyche for and Ginny and Hermione's help won't have any obstacles to get over. Tea is a very emotional girl, though she doesn't show it all the time, and the way Lav'll be talking to her will really hit home. Naturally, she'll end up just taking it without a word, but it'll be rather detrimental to her progress.

Yay! Tea really looks up to Hermione as a witch and as a person, which will make her really happy when Hermione decides to help her. Still, though, don't bite off more than you can chew: it's not going to be easy, and with homework and classes and the DA and avoiding Umbridge and stuff it might be a little overwhelming.
